Went online to pay the bill. None of the inputted elements went in, so I assumed it was paid and I had forgotten. Nope. Water is cut off because of a glitch online. *sigh* At least send out emails when there are problems like this online so people aren't stuck.

I have worked in numerous states and counties renovating investment properties. This is the only time, in the only county, in the only state I've ever had to physically come into the office to set up an account. Apparently, they cannot locate their own meters and you cannot do anything by email or online. But the staff in the office were nice, and I won't penalize them for ridiculous policies their employers enacted.

Accidentally missed eater bill payment. Water was shut off. They did their part and sent us several warnings. I didn't do my part and forgot the bill. Went down to the office and paid the fees. Everyone was really kind and professional. Security officer was on point doing a great job. Lady assured me water would be turned back on my the end of the day, and was very kind and polite.

Mine ranges between $20-$30 per month $10 late fee. $40 reconnect fee if it gets disconnected

Yes, that's county policy. I had water 9yrs, moved to the city, 5yrs n BK to the county. I still had to post a deposit. U can get the deposit bk after a year, but if your water is disconnected u'll have to POST DEPOSIT pay TOTAL AMOUNT OF BILL N RECONNECT FEE, & say it's a financial hardship for PPL, then water is disconnected for much longer time. I chose to leave the deposit in account.

Water bill is based on usage. They probably told you what the average bill would be based on the number of people in the home.
