I find it ironic how I made a call to this corporation to extend a payment on my bill this month and it is not found and I literally do this every month because of how I’m paid… I don’t like that I’m being made out to be a liar, why would I willingly give you’ll an extra $50 to reconnect service . I’m assuming because I called right before closing that is why the employee didn’t note my call as she should have. For the future I will be getting each employee name that I speak with because I’m extremely frustrated.

I had light out at pole for 6 day and call it in but and not get a person on phone I went to office to see went it will be fix the lady was so rude and said it will be about 6 day l said okay will you adjust my bill she said that don’t do that she was a witch

Pay my bill today charged me a late fee because due date was on Sunday it is not fair that we must pay online or put money in a machine that won't give u change I can't afford to let u keep nineteen dollars out of a twenty when I needed to give a dollar

My bill keeps getting higher. The only two people in our house wrk out of the home 10 to 12 hours five to six days a week therefore the only "thing" left on is the AC set on 80 degree's. So I don't understand!!!! Does anyone come out to read meters anymore???? Is the electric company just guessing???? Then once a year when they send members a dividend check its $25 or $30......what a joke!!
