Was I able to donate, yes. Did I have to stand there without being acknowledged for awhile while the person behind the counter did something on their phone, yes. The woman working didn't move from her chair one bit and her thank you was lackluster at best. I've never regretted donating to a place but I wish I would have drove our things to Goodwill.

What are you trying to get picked up? We have a truck that comes once a week to the store so we need to know exactly what we are picking up. You can always call the Fayetteville store and see if they would be able to pick it up.
We don't mind if you drop them off when closed but we rather you bring them when we are open. If you can't help it you can put them by the back door or place them over the fence we have. We appreciate you and please come shop with us.
