Fast, friendly and a knowledgeable staff. From the time I walked in the door I was treated with a friendly smile, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The PA answered all my questions and explained everything I asked about and then some. I left FastMed better informed and wasn't treated negatively for my lack of medical knowledge. I truly feel comfortable taking my family members to this location for our urgent care needs.

To the owner who ONLY seems to care about the Positive Reviews on here. I have Not seen any of the Bad Reviews, have responses, explanations or Apologies from the Owner. If you are not going to provide service to Walk-ins, then you need to remove all the wrap that covers your entire windows that says WALK-INS. Waited at the front door since 7:30am, and all employees walked by us without a courtesy to say, do you have an appointment. Every last one of yall knew we were walkins, otherwise we wouldnt be in line at 7:30am if you didnt start taking appointments until 8:30am. Common sense says, PUT A DAGONE SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT SAYS TIME SLOT APPOINTMENTS ONLY, NO WALKINS. I MEAN REALLY, you know i aint the first one to flip out about that. Thats a simple Fix, put a sign on the door to make everybodys life easier!

Hi Rubin. Common household injuries like minor burns can be treated at home with a simple burn cream. Second-degree or more significant burns require care at FastMed or from another licensed medical professional. Learn what to put on a burn. Third- or fourth-degree burns require immediate emergency medical attention.
Hi Katrina! Please give us a call so we can gather more information.
Hi Lizzy. Our care providers are highly experienced in many of the injuries and conditions that cause acute pain. We're happy to take a look at what's causing your pain, and if able, diagnose and treat the cause of the pain, so the healing process can begin. We’ll also recommend other treatments for pain relief.
