My fiance and I moved here almost three years ago and I have nothing but great things to say about Harrington Square. The environment is gorgeous and the staff care so much about the quality of these apartments. Anytime we have needed maintenance, the technicians are in our apartment fixing the issue within 24 hours. All of my interactions with staff have been amazing. Ashley always greets me by name when Im in the leasing office grabbing a package. Recently, my cat went missing and I took a flyer to the leasing office to hang up. Allison was so comforting and assured me they would keep a lookout. Within minutes, I got a call from Nelson, the head landscaper, who had found my cat on the property. Him and Ashley were comforting my scared cat when I arrived to pick her up. Nelson, Ashley, and Allison are amazing and have so much compassion for their tenants. We love it here and thank you so much for always giving us a great experience during our time with Harrington! And thank you for saving Poptart!

I LOVE living at Harrington Square! We moved here about 3 months ago and my experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The location is so convenient. I love being only 15 minutes away from downtown and having a grocery store right next door! The management team has outstanding attention to detail, and are always so pleasant, not to mention the awesome resident parties. The maintenance team is outstanding and they truly work so hard to keep everything clean. I can't say enough great things about Harrington Square!!!

Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare. Walls are paper thin, we don’t sleep anymore due to the loud noises that shake the apartment during all hours of the night until maybe 4-5 AM. The main office has been made aware several times, they told us if it bothered us that much to just call the police. Lol. Our kitchen has been flooding for well over a month. Each time our next door neighbor washes clothes our kitchen floods. 9-10 towels each time to soak up a fraction of the water. The maintenance man has stopped by several times, who is a very polite and kind gentlemen that we have been thankful to have on our side. Unfortunately he claims our neighbors won’t let him in, so he can’t fix the problem. We are miserable. Even as an undergraduate student with college aged peers surrounding me I have never experienced a worse living situation. Excited to move out.
