I took my 6 month old for her first little trim hair cut she has super long messy hair and jsut wanted it clean up in the back and her eyes. It looks horrible. I know babies are hard, I just wish they would of not chop everything off or told me they didn’t want to do the service. halfway through I told her it was enough. Way too short. And she said “mom getting nervous with the Scissors” she gave me half off.. I think she knew it was upset. I know it’s just hair and it will grow but my child looks Ridiculous

Butchered me. Sideburns off by more then an inch. Don't use Charlene! She immediately used an electric trimmer on top of my head before I questioned her. Damage was done. Wish I could show you pictures. Warning you all

Don’t want to mention names and out anyone this time. I usually have great experience at this location, today not so much. The haircut took twice as long as usual, stylist left me sitting in the chair for about 5 minutes no idea what she was doing didn’t see her, she was pausing in middle of haircut to wipe and clean off her tools and things, asking me the same question over and over like she was t beating what I said. The biggest issue I had was my stylist and another one were talking about what was going to be for lunch today after I was seated, standing there discussing it making a list for what they are gonna get. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I’ll say it again VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Discuss that away from customers, that is a very bad look! Like I wasn’t there…. If you want customers coming in your place of business, pay attention to them and focus when they are there for a service. Figure out lunch afterwards!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
