PLEASE READ! I applied here because I have a friend who says here and I saw an opening so I needed to find something fairly soon. I paid my application fee on July 28th and filled out my application. Didn't hear back until August 2nd about approval, but had already been approved and signed a lease elsewhere as I put in a few applications with different companies to ensure I find a place to live in a decent time frame because I needed something quick. I was approved but again I had already signed a lease before I was approved here, somehow I get a "move out" statement showing I owe 250 dollars for administration fees on August 15th. Obviously I didn't agree and expressed this via email, so they sent me their policy which states that "admin fees are non refundable unless denied approval OR the tenant can't meet the approval requirements". In this case I don't meet the requirements because I have another lease which obviously puts me in a place to not be able to accept approval here or afford this place anymore but as I explained this through several emails I'm ultimately threatened to pay or have this get sent to collections to impact my credit score. This place is ridiculous, I haven't even toured the place or signed a lease I am being penalizing simply because I was approved and due to slow response time I chose a different place to live. I am 34 and have been renting since I was 18, by far the worst experience I've had.

hi all. i am usually not the type of person to write negative reviews of places or even write a review at all, but here i am. i just wanted to state that this was one of the worst living experience in a apartment i’ve ever experienced. when we moved into our place there were some issues with the floor board being broken, toilet, and it not being clean from previous tenants. when we would put in a work order, we would be unsure when maintenance would come specifically (it was just a general time they would tell us…ex: “sometime next week between 8am-5pm”) and my roommate and I had several incidents were maintenance would knock once then just barge in without waiting for us to come to the door. Another one occurred when we both were sleeping in the A.M…I am deaf with a cochlear implant which I charge when I’m sleeping, so for someone to let themselves in unexpectedly without notice is scary. Towards the end of our lease, due to us being unaware that we had to write a 60 day notice that we were moving out on the specific date…even though our lease says it ends this date. We ended up writing it for 45 day notice when we were aware and they ended up extended our lease. We still moved out when our lease said our move out day and charged us fully still for an extra month of rent even though no one was living there for a month. Our next issue continued after we moved out, we received a move out statement which charged us $600!!!! I understand the cleaning fee and wall repairs which was small nothing crazy, but they charged us $400 for countertop repair which is INSANE due to nothing wrong with the countertop nor no damages. We did not place security deposit since we did a waiver for it. Another issue, if you really enjoy using the pool…good luck. The pool here is always closed due to an maintenance issue and takes awhile for it to be resolved. The management is very poor and the lady at the desk is very rude from the time we moved in to the time we moved out. She would care less if we had any issues or questions…would just push it off. Living here also felt dirty as well. LOTS of roaches which was a nightmare to deal with. The rent here has increased significantly and is NOT worth that much. I do not recommend.
