Attempted to pay the bill and had six pending charges on my account yet it wouldn’t go through. Wrote an email during out of office hours about the issue and never received a response. Woke up to no water, called back and the rude supervisor argued with me about whether someone had responded. There was no phone call or reply back, which is just unheard of in normal areas. When I moved down they also did not turn the water on or provide an account number after I spoke with someone on the phone and sent back the signed form and payment info for setup. The water is also gross down here. These people are completely incompetent.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The lady’s that work here are absolutely no help and disrespectful. This company will shut you off over a very low bill and terrible communication be careful people! I would give 0 stars hands down.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never felt so much disrespect and this company and their employees. I received a letter stating there was a past due balance on our account. I called requesting a copy of the bill as we had never received it - I want a copy of a bill before I just pay something. I was told they could not provide me with a bill - it goes through their 3rd party. I asked for the 3rd parties information and was told they didn't have it. I told them any other company that says you owe them will produce you with a copy of the bill and it's absurd they refuse to help me. At that time their representative hung up on me. This is HORRIBLE customer service!
