I visited the South Gate Mall Now Care a couple times over the last year and have found them both helpful and efficient. They got me in quickly when other urgent cares were not accepting walk-ins. The staff were courteous and the new location looks very nice.

this guy answered my phone call just to put me on hold for 30mins. horrible customer service. if i have a wait in que for you to answer the phone, that means im the next person to be helped. what kind of half rate place is this? judging by the number of poor reviews you need to hire new staff, what you have is not working

Just called them. It went to bone and joint. Tried to tell the lady I did not have a pen to take the number she would not stop speaking and just hung up. Reply: your too late! I told the lady I was sick with covid and tried to tell her I did not have a pen yet before I got a chance she interrupted and hung up. Your in health (care). Note the care !

Hi Feather, We do not provide boosters at Now Care, but the Missoula County Health Department provides free boosters for seniors.
Thank you for your question Janine. Now Care at the mall has the ability to take x-rays. They are open Monday - Friday from 9 - 7:30pm; Saturday from 9 - 5:30pm as well as Sunday from 11 - 4:30pm. Remember, we also moved to across from the Cinnabon.
Brande, Western Montana Clinic does not offer online check in at this time.
Barbara, Now Care has six doctors that rotate shifts between our two locations. At check-in, the receptionist will be able to tell you the names of all of the providers that are working at that Now Care location at that time.
Yes we do. You can come to the walk in for one or come in for a walk in at the office of your PCP.
