Wound not recommended to anyone. Every appointment you will wait at least a half an hour from the apt time to even talk to ab assistant. When my doctor left they just said tough luck find a new one. Dysfunctional, lack of patient care.

Have been going to this clinic and Dr Ravitz for several years. Overall have been very satisfied. There have been a couple nurses and receptionists that have been on the rude side. One demanding I pay immediately following an appointment like it was an issue. I’ve always paid on the way out the door,and I know that’s the way it is, no need to demand.Have never waited longer than 15 minutes to get in. Nurses have called me reluctant to give refills. I’m always in once or twice a year and am proactive about getting my labs done before my appointment( which I’m sure isn’t the norm). Was not a problem at all scheduling an appointment during Covid and they called me when they did their vaccine clinics in which was appreciated.
