My family and I moved into the apartment that we had out of desperation as we were not finding anything near where we wanted to live. For having 3 young boys plus myself and my fiance in a 900 Sq ft apartment we that that place extremely clean. However after we moved out we were told that the place still needed 8-10 hours of cleaning. I was sent pictures that weren't even of our apartment! Not only that but we continually had mold issues and issues with the dryer vent in the wall. I addressed these issues IN PERSON more than once and nothing was done. We also never had direct issues with our neighbors, but were not comfortable letting our kids outside to play, due to the amount of foot traffic, beer bottles, and screaming matches that were happening around us.

I would give a five star, except the signing the lease agreement in two different parts for all renters made it very confusing for us. I would think a more detail instructions would have been more helpful for us. I really appreciate the help and understanding that the management team have done for us. This was the first time in our lifetime we ever sought, rent, and sign a lease online. Gotta love electronics :)

Update (08/17/22) This is almost comical how much of a cash grab PLUM PROPERTY is. While we were away on vacation a car parked on a piece of the property and was spotted by the mysterious INSPECTOR of PLUM PROPERTY. As a welcome home package we received a letter stating we have a fine to pay and have 14 days to remedy the situation or vacate the property. These guys are a joke and I say again should be avoided at all cost. I will never do business with them again and I would recommend the same to any interested parties. They just want harass you into giving them more money. Don’t bother calling them to remedy either, I’ve been calling for the last week with no response. ————————————————————— If I could give PLUM PROPERTY a worse rating than a 1-Star I would. Anyone thinking of moving to Missoula MT consider not only location and price but also property management. Six years ago we could at least say we got what we paid for. Now they’re just as expensive as the next and still terrible. The name PLUM PROPERTY should be a RED FLAG to anyone who is considering moving in/around this area.
