I came here for the first time ever to have brunch and I enjoyed it, from the mimosas to the food. Service was above and beyond as well. The environment is elegant and calming, and the menu has a great variety of options to choose from. I will definitely continue to support Char. Try the shrimp & grits; it's very good and full of flavor.

I had a great time. Celebrating my wife's birthday. The staff was excellent. The atmosphere was romantic and the food was amazing. If you haven't been there yet I highly recommend you go.

Char was a magnificent experience. Great location, plenty of parking, safe and well lit. Atmosphere was charming and romantic. Staff was professional, courteous and eager to please. The food was absolutely fantastic My steak was grilled to perfection. The gumbo was bursting with flavor and the onion rings were out of this world by far my favorite.

The ambiance of char was amazing. It was delicate and classy. The waiter we had was prompt and attentive. We had the fried green tomatoes for the appetizer. He had the duck which was tender and well cooked at medium. The ginger peanut chicken salad was fresh, and bursting with flavor! I wish it had more cucumbers but overall I loved the experience at char. Definitely would go back
