I get good service here. Recently had a problem with the Pay N Go app and was severely disappointed that Rite Aid had NO support system in place to resolve my problem. Not a good look when Rite Aid can't hold the third party (Pay N Go) accountable when it causes problems for its customers.

Awful pharmacy. They no longer answer their phone, so you have to go in to tell them your prescription, which eliminates privacy, in my opinion. I called yesterday (Friday) evening. No answer. I called back today (Saturday morning) STILL no answer. When I go in, no one in line at the window; only ONE person in line in front of me—but no one could answer the phone? Ghetto.

Been calling the pharmacy for TWO DAYS for my Covid test results or information on Jake I will receive them someone answers within the store then I’m on hold FOREVER I haven’t spoke with a pharmacy representative yet. By far the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Waiting in the drive through line for over an hour to do the test and only two cars where in front of me RIDICULOUS

This pharmacy is amazing, they are very kind and know their customers by name. I would recommend this pharmacy very highly and they deserve 6 starts! They’re quick and always have information if you have any questions even if it isn’t about your prescription.
