was just on hold for 30 mins (called at 8:30 pm) listening to “there’s one caller ahead of you” the whole time. then, 9 pm hits and someone answers the phone for .5 seconds and then puts me back on hold, waits for 9:07 to hit, and then i’m disconnected because they’re now closed. such bs and a huge waste of time.

Customer service is very rude in the pharmacy and don't let it be busy...they yell at you. Specifically, the young lady with dark glasses and dark sort of curly hair. She's extremely RUDE! They really need to get her some Customer Service training. I let the manager know but who knows if that'll make any difference. This is a horrible Walgreens pharmacy if they continue to allow that type of customer service!

Receive some rude rude service from the folks in pharmacy online shows that the pharmacy is open until 10:00 p.m. the woman I spoke with said that they were closing in 10 minutes and I called at 7:50 she was not willing to help me with my issue due to another Walgreens having a random closure and I was not able to get my medication. Highly disappointed at the level of customer service and professionalism.

The store is clean an organized, which is unique in this area. The prices, like all Walgreens are high, but that’s to be expected. The cashier was friendly, but she was eating and talking about her smoke break.
