I pulled up to the drive-thru and asked if they still have hot Cafe americano. It is not on the menu board. The girl said yes we do. I then said I will take a hot Cafe Americano grande with two pumps of classic sweetener and cream. She then asked would you like that iced or hot. And followed that up with what size would I like. You should really listen to your customers when they are ordering

I went to this location on the way the way to University of Memphis on a Saturday. While the drive-thru was busy, the inside seemed to be running really well. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I noticed a lot of boxes in the way of the transaction counter and there was an order build up at the counter. Those two things could have had various reasons of the happenings but it was important to note for logistics. I ordered a hot beverage and toasted bagel and both were to my liking. I will visit this location again for sure.

Very nice helpful and good listeners. I have allergies and rarely eat or drink fast food. The nice lady took time to understand my needs and personally came up with a drink for me. Also got first pup cup for my dog.

Door was locked apparently Starbucks does not want business. I do not do business with companies that have no weapons signs or force you to use a drive-thru. Even when I thought covid was incredibly dangerous and before vaccine I got up and serviced my customers on site I do not do business with companies who keep their doors locked if you can't serve your customers you should not be in business. My daughter and I went to Tennessee tea which gets five stars which is right around the corner. Do yourself a favor and try the bubble tea.
