I've never had any issues at this location. I suggest if you do just bring it to their attention and I'm sure they will do what they can to make it right for you.

Fortunately, I haven't had any issues with this location as of yet. But if you do have an issue and have the time, just calmly express your concern. They should be more than happy to fix it.

I do not know about short changed but you will very likely not get what you ordered. I ordered a Flat White and waited more than 15 minutes. I finally had to asked and it had been sitting by the drive through window. It was not very hot. I left with it and during my drive, I noticed it did not taste quite right. I looked on the cup and it was a decaffeinated Flat White. And it did not have my name on the cup.
