If I could give this experience more than 5 stares I definitely would honestly. I ordered something for someone special and I would definitely do business with THIS store again. Today was my first time ever using edible arrangements in general and I made two different orders. I had intentions to call early this morning to get the situation figured out but by the time I picked up my phone to do that, the manager of the store had already tried calling me. She was extremely professional, nice and understanding. She thanked me for my business. Later that afternoon when my delivery was about to be delivered I received a call to make me aware &’ the lady that called also was extremely professional and nice. I’m located in Chicago &’ my person is located in Memphis obviously an they made this experience very smooth. The lady that delivered her gift even took a picture of her at the door lol. This was very sweet & more importantly made my persons whole week. I wish I would’ve gotten the two ladies names that I spoke with but they know who they are and I hope they get recognized for how they put smiles on our faces . Because of those two they will get my business again thank you so much

Spoke to the owner and placed an order pick up this weekend that cost several hundred dollars. When she asked for my CC info I specifically asked her when I’d be charged and when I it would be too late to make any changes she said no changes after Friday my CC would be charged on Saturday. Come to find out I was charged the same day. I called her back and she was obnoxiously rude to asking me if I knew how a business was run. She did offer me a refund which I accepted and I will not be doing business here again in the future. I will be Praying for her and her business.
