I'd give zero if I could. I am currently in collection on two medical bills that they keep promising to pay. I have been working on this since March of this year. Date of sesrvice on the first one is 12-30-21. These people accept premiums but do not pay the bills. They need to be investigated. I have made 5 calls on both of these bills, but they never pay.

world worst insurance company!!! I wish I could give them zero stars! Nobody seems to talk to each other with in the company, and they do not pay claims without you having to call numerous times. If you have unpaid claims file a grievance with the state, that's the only way to get things paid!

working at a providers office and having to call regularly for benefits is horrible. Nobody can ever give me the answers I need, half of the time I have to tell them how to look things up, and doing them on line is even worse! This was so much better when you were using healthconnect!

I wanted to give a local healthcare co a second chance after a failed first chance, but true to form, failed the second time too. Paid close to $800 a mo and $40-$100 copay’s!! Pathetic. Just tried calling to understand why, gave up after being on hold for an hour and a half. Save your time and $$$ pick something else!
