Very clean. Pretty nice. But none of the cafe was ever open when I left for work or when I came in. But my work hours r kinda long and weird. Ice machine worked. Vending machines was stocked

My four night stay was not pleasant. My room was scheduled to be cleaned every other day, but was not cleaned even upon request. My garbage was overflowing. I called for it to be taken out and was told to put it out side my door. It sat there for 24 hours and when they emptied it the afternoon before I was to leave they left the cans in the hallway. I asked for clean towels and they told me to place my dirty towels in the hall and come to the desk to get towels. They did not change my sheets or clean. I have never stayed anywhere in the USA or other places in the world that had such poor service. It appeared as though no one wanted to work.

Im not a real fan of this hotel but i cant say that its all bad. The hotel is clean but if you get up in the morning hungry and looking for a complimentary breakfast this is definitely not the hotel to stay in. They charge over 100 dollars and dnt give anything as a thank you Most hotels ive been in has. Overall the beds sleep nice
