Mathew and his team are fantastic. They are extremely professional, prompt, and do quality work! We had them do a custom fence for us years ago and were so impressed that when I decided we needed a pergola, he was the first one I called. I own a dog daycare facility so we had very specific needs and needed someone who could also work around our busy schedule. Needless to say, 5 stars all around for a great company with high quality standards and excellent communication! I need to get better photos, as these honestly don't do it justice, but will attach what I have for now. Also the fencing you see in the background was also built custom by his team around 2015. Still holding up strong despite all the hard wear and tear from the dogs! : I did also want to add here that with any minor problems or technical issues we have had arise since the installation, Mathew and his team have been extremely prompt to respond and resolve!

Terrible customer service! I called AGF Custom Metal Concepts because our electric gate stopped working all of a sudden. AGF originally installed the gate many years ago (prior to myself owning the home). While they may have done a nice job installing the gate, they will not prioritize you if and when a problem arises. I called AGF more than four times and explained my problem more than three times to the same associate I spoke with. They never called me back like they said they would and they never scheduled a technician to come to my home to assess the problem like they said they would. They have lost our business. It all began years ago when I had a southwestern theme firepit screen made that was quite large. I had always wanted to create a screen to hide the pool equipment. I located AGF on line and contacted them. Their response was immediate, I sent in a series of photos of the original screen and the location with rough dimensions of what I was looking for.. Matthew the owner came out and we discussed exactly what I was looking for.. He took measurement a few more pictures and the project was launched. He sent me project range price which I felt was totally reasonable. (I have done quite a few projects over the years here at our home) Next we finalized the measurement and the pattern that would be cut in to the metal. Artists concepts were provided and approved.. A few weeks later Matthew called and advised me the project was almost complete. Photos of the new screen were provided and the images were perfect. The AGF team arrived and set up the screen, it has adjustable pedestals to compensate for the uneven pool side deck. Great process, great product and most of all great people to work with.
