Excellent all around service! All the employees were knowledgeable and had great customer service. Was in & out within a hour with new tires.

Used to be great until they started thinking they’re chick fila and want to check you in at the door rather than just walk up to the counter and talk to a representative.

Came to this collierville location about 2 months ago because my left front tire kept getting low they look at my tire and said I didn’t have anything in it which was a lie.Did a tire rotation too.okay so took my vehicle back today because the same tire was getting low again. So when they was done the young man told me it had a nail in it.So when I took it the first time it must have had a nail.So the young man who assist me said I needed a tire rotation and I told him I didn’t need one cause I haven’t been too long got one.He kept on saying I haven’t been to this location since I got new tire.Which was a lie whoever assist me last time didn’t do their job and put me in the system. And while I was standing in the lobby waiting on to be help this young man stood at the register didn’t ask if I needed help or anything but soon as this white man walk in the building he help him without hesitation.Mind you I I’m a black woman.I will not buy tire from this place of business anymore……Wish I could give this place of business zero star.

Does the Tire and Hazard warranty include coming out and changing the flat or a toe? I have a flat and can not get the lug nuts off

I do not.believe so. Would be owners responsibility to get the tire and vehicle to them for repair. It dies not include road side assistance but your insurance policy may through your auto insurance. I have State farm and the info and number to call is on the back of my card.
