Glad to see they were staffed but they didn't have things fully stocked and I had to keep going back up and ask for napkins and bread sticks. Food was good but for ALL the staff they had... not service oriented!

This place was horrible. Service was very slow, and there were people “working” behind the counter on their phones and standing clustered in the back acting obnoxious. There were no condiments available and we ate a fifty dollar dinner out of paper cups. I highly recommend customers to go anywhere else but here.

UPDATE: I left a review a few weeks ago that I was extremely unsatisfied and disappointed in this newks location. It didn’t take long for the managers to reach out to me wanting to make things right. Big thank you to Mr. Cody and Mr. Matt for being SO kind and personally taking the time to send me a gift card in the mail. How extremely thoughtful is that! The lesson here is that all restaurants make mistakes and will not be perfect, but a kind hard working staff with strong leaders is what it really comes down to! 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst newks I’ve ever. They close at different times each time you try to get food. It was 7 for awhile(which is crazy). Just tried at 6:09, well now they close at 6.
