This is a little campground nestled by a creek with lots of trees. The facilities are top-notch and the large, covered deck is perfect during the rain. The owner assigned me 2 slots for my site which made it feel more spacious. Sidenote: felt safe too!

We had a very pleasant three night stay. The campground was clean and quiet and people were friendly. It had laundry and the bathrooms were surprisingly nice. We look forward to staying here again!

Just returned home from a wonderful trip where we stayed 4 nights at Turkey Creek Campground. The owner was very accommodating and was available to answer all of my questions prior to our arrival. When we arrived we quickly checked in and got to our campsites. Everything was well laid out and extremely well maintained. Trash and recycling containers at each site. It was quiet and the other campers very friendly. Restrooms were clean and there was easy access to ice and firewood. We enjoyed playing games on the patio one day. The NOC is close by so I recommend checking that out! The walk to the lake is not an easy stroll but was pretty and peaceful. We had hoped to go for a swim but the lake was too low and we didn't see an easy way in. The owner went above and beyond when we couldn't get our vehicle to start when we were packed and ready to go by helping us with a battery jump! We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for peace and tranquility....look elsewhere. This more resembled a public pool in the middle of summer than a peaceful campground. I'm sure it's wonderful for kids and families because they were running all over the place screaming and playing, but if you desire a relaxing atmosphere in the woods you will not find it here. You will also be about 5' from the loud family next to you and on top of others while trying to enjoy peace amongst 5 different types of music blaring from speakers, this isn't camping and I will absolutely not be back.

They are very dog friendly and have a camp mascot named Hank, who welcomes everyone. He is very mellow!
