Been a customer for 10 years+. Just picked up 3 pizzas for $77. 2 of 3 pizzas were burnt, perimeter pieces hardly edible. Called to report and offered to send photos. All I was offered was to remake pizzas (no time with 10 people here waiting to eat) or $25 credit on next order. Supposedly credit will appear when I call in future, not confident this will actually happen. Obviously they don't care about loyal customers.

Every bit as good as they say it is. Lived up to the hype but deducting one star for the wait times - we had to wait almost an hour at the table to be served!
