Set up an appointment days in advance to get a booster IN GLEN ELLYN, IL. I show up in the pharmacist says there's no record on file I show him the email reminder I received verifying the address and everything else. The pharmacist Patricia Caputo "Patty" comes in hot with an attitude and tells me I have to fill out a form in a rude tone acting like it's my fault they can't find my information even though I filled it out and I have an email to confirm it and I was 5 minutes early. I fill out the form she proceeds to have an attitude I tell her I'm going to report her cuz she has a poor attitude and she says I'm sorry you feel that way. As a little time goes on she then says she refusing to give me my booster because she doesn't like me. We called the manager of the store Brad over he was no better poor attitude we went to the front he literally lacked any empathy. I'm currently someone who's on the autism spectrum and I believe that Patty clearly discriminated against me. I feel at the very least they both are in need of heavy training. Worst attitudes that could be when I literally did nothing did everything by the book. Contacting lawyers next and filling a report with the NABP
