Dropped off some packages, which were all labeled/sealed. I noticed that one of them needed an extra piece of tape on the side. I asked and they said it would be $1.50...for a single strip of tape. Not to tape up all my boxes- a single piece of tape. I get that you're a business, but come on....

Very inefficient processes. Worked with 1 customer for 20 mins wrapping a box before processing their shipment. He could have taken a moment to offer postage for my 1 envelope that took all of 1 minute. Even the customer he was helping hinted to doing this while he make a correction but the worker insisted on waiting.
