Generally Panera is good, but sometimes they’re horrible. I’ve had to wait hours on several occasions just for curbside pickup. They’re also way overpriced and my rewards for them expired before I could use them. The last time I went my grilled cheese was burnt. For how much the food is, it should at the very least not be burnt. The food is normally good despite the price.

Very poor customer service. Most employees have a bad attitude and we are never asked what kind of side, just given one if we forget to request. Recently there has been no bread. Typically avoid this location since this type of service is the norm here. Would avoid if you have a choice.

I don’t expect employees to become my lifelong friends, but after dropping 50.00 for a meal I would appreciate a thank you, enjoy, or a nod so I know everything is fine and I can pull away from window. I felt hurried as I ordered, and barely acknowledged when there. Wasn’t busy either. About an hour before closing.

I love this Panera and always have great food, but today not so much. I ordered bacon, egg & cheese on Ciabatta. The receipt says what I ordered, but got this instead. The cheese was barely there and the “sausage” was horrible. Maybe it’s just a bad day, i hope so.
