This was my first time here and I am amazed by the selection. The best prices are on the DVDs which have an amazing selection. The vinyl section had some great choices but most were new so the prices were in the 25-30$ range. I didn't have a chance to check all of the books but overall a great experience.

I brought a box full of books (15 books, both hard- and soft-cover) to this establishment for their we-buy-books program, thinking I might make a tidy sum, as most of the books were in brand-new condition, and at least one was a current best-selling hardback that sold retail for $36.00. They went back to their secret room for about 30 minutes, and came out with an offer of a whopping $10 -- for ALL 15 books! The next time I went in there to look for a specific book, I noticed my best-selling hardback on a display stand, with a few identical others (ok, not sure which was mine, but you get the point), with their sales sticker inside for EXACTLY the RETAIL price that was on the inside cover. Sooo, they should not claim that they only sell books at "used" prices. My book was being sold for original retail, as were the others. This "used book store prices" claim is a fraudulent one. By selling these 5 or so identical novels at retail price, they are implying that the books are "NEW". Not only do they VASTLY underpay you for your books, but they have a racket going there with how much they mark up your books after you sell them to them. I will NEVER visit this establishment again. They are a scam. If I can work up any more negative mental energy, I'll file a claim with the BBB. Good luck, folks.

Shopped here for years now. Always a great experience. The amount of inventory is incredible. You can spend hours in there looking at all the cool stuff. Couldn’t recommend it more for anyone who loves video games and/or books.

Great cheaper deals occur at anytime. I love this place! Wish they had a 2nd and Charles store everywhere and in Pennsylvania. It's not a bad store, took my uncle since he was out of state, to this store and he was amazed, he ran into a book for one of his dental staff and he loved it. I use to be a frequent usual, I go occasionally, this time I went in, pretty much, everything was slowly back to normal, however, they had way more stuff. They had movies way filled up in each movie section, way abnormal. Not that they keep a low inventory of movies and stuff. But they had decent titles. Some hard to find movies too.

They definitely do! They have a whole section in the young adults area also have fear street and other R.L. Stine stuff sometimes the best part is goosebumps are usally a 1$!!
Yes, depending on the quality of the item will be how much you'll recieve for it.
Since Killing Stalking is a Korean manhwa, as well as only available to read online, unfortunately, there isn't much merchandise of the series in stores. I visit 2nd & Charles often, it's a great store, but I'm afraid it doesn't offer any KS merch. Great series though! ^^
I haven't been to the store in a few weeks, so I don't know what their stock is like. You can call the store and inquire, you can also call Mr. K's as suggested above.
Yes they will. If you see something you like I suggest trading towards it.
You need to go in and ask.
I would think so, they have a ton of kids books. But you'd have to call to be sure.
No. They buy books, DVDs, CDs, albums, comics and video games. I've never seen wooden squirrels there.
It depends on the book, but hardcover books bring more money than paperbacks
I don't know if they have that game but they do have a lot
Hi they start as low as $5 and up. It's what I've seen. You'll love the store they have so many to pick from.
I would go in person to be honest.
I found them to be more fair than other places. Lets face it they are out to make a profit.
Yes. All gaming consoles
I don't believe they do that. But the price of their CD are great. You may just want to repurchase the CDs.
Usually, yes.
No you have to go to the store.
They give nothing for them..Mr. K's offers a little more. I would just put them on offer up.
Yes and if not try Mr. Ks up the street by lenscrafters.
Since they have an ever-changing stock it'd be best to call first
Any thing they take depends on how much they have already
Yes I agree with Sara Sutton. We go to the video game cavern. The people are super friendly and the prices are better than 2nd & Charles. I love both places though and stop at both every time We're in Greenville.
