I just finished the rental process at Laurel Grove and was impressed with the timely communication and thoroughness of the staff. The apartment was clean and in great condition upon move-in. Alejandra has been especially great to work with and she has always responded quickly to any questions that I've had. I highly recommend.

PROSPECTIVE RENTERS: Their leasing office is terrible with communication and are not reliable in responding to perspective clients. Phone calls and emails will go unanswered, and you will have to make multiple attempts. Also, they will change rent prices from one day to another.

I went to visit my daughter who lives in Salinas as Laurel Grove Residences. I was very impressed with the overall look of the property. It is a gated community so that gave comfort to me having my daughter live there. They have a gym, community room and pools. They even have doggie stations throughout with baggies for your pets. I went with her to the office when she dropped off her rent and the staff was welcoming with smiles and hellos. If I were to move to Salinas I would surely look into Laurel Grove

At Laurel Grove Residences there are units that are owned by North Coast Management and we have units that are owned by private owners who respond to an HOA. You must not be a resident under the North Coast Management. Please contact your owner or if you are the owner please contact your HOA for more details.
No they are not however you will notice at least signing they add on an extra 79$ for water. That is a reoccurring monthly charge at to your rent.
We just honk the horn till someone comes out.
