This doctor's office has gone down hill. If I could I would put a -5 stars. It is ridiculous what trouble you have to go through to even get a call back regarding prescription. My mother was diagnosed with shingles and was in excruciating pain. To the point she was crying. I called in to check status on her prescription I had already asked for a week ago, and little did I know it had been sitting at the Pharmacy for days, while she was in pain, she had also gone a day prior to my phone call today 9/20/2022 and the reception people told her they would put a message into the doctor, but it would probably be until the following day because he was out of the office that day. Well when I called today, one of the pharmacist person told me the doctor was out until the end of the week, I honestly don't wish on anyone the pain she was going through and hope they never get shingles. This is very disappointing all around, even to try to get an appointment is ridiculous. I ended up taking her to the ER because of lack of follow-through. I would recommend 100% to go to the ER! You are better off going to the ER hands down, I could only imagine patients who do not speak the language. This place needs to get new management and get rid off all the people who aren't interested in helping patients, and perhaps new doctors as well. You would think with so much staff everyone would have better response times, and communication I guess "NOT". Please think twice about going to this facility as your primary care!!. Thank you to the staff that was helpful when she was there 2 weeks ago, but I cannot say it was pleasant trying to get support afterwards.

Get a personal physician and don't go to these group places. You wait forever and staff isn't very respectful. Professional doctors, but laughable business.

Horrible customer service and waiting times are ridiculous, in person and by phone. This clinic is there for the money not for patients care. I went in for an abdominal pain (had it for days) . My doctor told me someone would call me to schedule the apt for the lab work... 7 days went by till someone finally called me. By then the pain was gone I decided not to schedule...

They are all polite and they have alot of Dr's in their office. They can take care of any needs or concerns you may have. If they can not help, they'll referr you to a specialist.

630am to 3pm
Personally, I'd call the office and say I'd like to switch Dr's. They'll more than likely ask why, but I believe you can.
yes they do but it might take a while to be seen
No testing.
No you don't I have always just gone without an appoinent and they have always seen me. They open at 6:30 am. I recommend though going earlier if you don't have an appointment
Yes, if your doctor has put in an order for blood work. Note that they only draw blood up to 3PM (or something like that), but they do start early, 6/6:30AM. The hours for blood work vary depending on the PrimeCare location.
Lab is no longer open on Saturdays. I was just there & asked.
