I thought it was a good experience, it was a little busy and thought the process for buying the photos was rushed and didn't understand what I was being told.

Do yourself a favor and don't use this company even though they're recommended by the school district. This was the worst experience with a photographer I've ever had. I took my son in for senior portraits and paid $470.00 for a package that included 25 graduation announcements and 12 digital prints. One of the photos I paid an additional $15 for a background change and included that pose on at the graduation announcements as well as 10 digital prints. When I received the photos the background was the wrong one on the digital prints and the graduation announcements, they also didn't send envelopes for the graduation announcements. After 4 voicemails over a week period I finally got a call back on May 18th. They acknowledge their mistake, told me to disregard the photos they mailed and they will reprint them and mail them out to me with an ETA of 2 to 3 weeks. They were also supposed to mail me envelopes for the graduation announcements. We're now 6 weeks past the date I spoke with them and I haven't received the reprints or envelopes. I have left countless voicemails with no return phone call. My son graduated 3 weeks ago so it's too late to send out graduation announcements. It would be like sending out Christmas cards in the month of January. This was a terrible experience, the only thing they got right where the two 8×10s. Thanks Bill Smith photography for ruining what was supposed to be one of the most memorable times for our family. I will be pursuing fraud action against you guys.

We were forced to use this service by our high school for my son’s senior photos. I paid for a lengthy session and made an appointment, but still had to wait quite a while before he was seen. The photographer put him in an ill-fitting suit coat and even though I suggested it was a poor fit, she took the photos anyway assuring me that it wouldn’t show up in the finished photos. Wrong. It looks like he’s wearing a coat 10x too big in his yearbook senior photo. I also paid the ridiculous $400 to get access to all the photos and was told right after the appointment to choose the 5 photos we would like retouched. We spent a good deal of time selecting the photos. I was told it might take several weeks to get the retouched photos. I called weeks later to ask why we hadn’t received the retouched photos only to be told that retouching wasn’t included in the package we purchased. Horrible customer service. Really bad experience.
