We had a problem with our furnace that needed to be diagnosed and corrected. Two of our children had expressed very good service and experiences with Northeast Mechanical. I gave them a call and promptly scheduled a service call. Tom showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was personable, professional, and offered appreciated comments about our system and possible maintenance options. We plan on using Northeastern for future assistance with our HVAC system.

A great crew with positive attitude. Dave (owner) had agreed to run a gas line for me while they were here to upgrade the furnace. It turned out to be a more difficult job than expected and required an unexpected second visit. To his credit, Dave stuck to his original quote, they got it done and did a solid job and we're happy with the new furnace and gas stove. Every one of these guys - Tom, Josh, Ian, Mikai - are great to work with and they are the only guys I'll call for HVAC and related service.
