My husband and I have stayed in many Drury Inn locations, but this was by far the best. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. We saw a smiling face every time we entered and exited. We will be going back to Frankenmuth! We also liked the location of this hotel, easy walking around town. 5 stars!

Positive: I loved the character. The breakfast was amazing and kept refreshed by staff. There seemed to be ample parking and the room was clean. I had no issues having hot water both in the mornings and evenings. We'll definitely stay there again! Negative: The water pressure in the shower was a little low and it's a bit too far to walk with younger kids, but overall we had no complaints.

This hotel was very good but I will warn you there are a lot of dogs in this hotel. The service was great they put us on the first floor making it easy to haul our luggage. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was pretty good and the free dinner and drinks from 5 -7pm was excellent! I would recommend this hotel to friends or family. Thanks!

Stayed for the first time over Valentines, The room was very clean and comfortable. Every staff member we ran into was pleasant - housekeeping, pool maintenance, food area, and the front desk. Megan I believe was her name - was very nice and helpful - always a smile. I can honestly say they were all great because I manage a resort for a living and it can be rough. Everyone there deserves a raise.

There is not a shuttle that I am aware of. Drury Inn is at the end of most of the shops in town. It is within walking distance of many shops, but if you need to walk shorter distances there is parking at the Bavarian Inn and Zenders and some other shops you could utilize if you are unable to walk for long periods of time.
Small town with a lot to see. It's easier to walk. There is a huge parking lot in the center of town.
