Small town with a lot to see. It's easier to walk. There is a huge parking lot in the center of town.

Yes, there are horse carriage rides. And cab service i am pretty sure. But it would be cheaper and easier to walk if you're not handicapped. Its a small town so you wouldn't have to walk too much.
