I was talking to the sales person today, and I said As a previous customer I thought it was a bad practice that they screw me by charging a huge markup. The salesperson said, "Oh we screw everyone not just previous customers". So how anyone could pay 5 or 10 thousand over the actual retail price and then give 4 or 5 stars and be happy about it is beyond me.

The service department is very dishonest and demanded more money than was agreed to for a repair job that took much longer than estimated. They kept coming up with additional charges, just claimed they got the approval, would not release the car, and threatened to hand the car over for liens. I definitely gave them a piece of my mind including the old guy who appears to be the head of this stinky operation.

Not 100 percent sure but tint is removable ask the tint shop to quote you to remove it if thats what u want to do. Am sure the dealer doesn't have an issue overlooking that u have tint if there going to get you a new lease

I'd call a Chevrolet dealer. But all cars come with at least a 36 month/36,000 mile factory warranty
