One of my favorite spots all year long ❤️ absolutely beautiful the beach is sandy. We do however have a hard time finding a parking spot during summer and it is a walk from there too the beach 🏖 but I love too come here too walk ❤️⭐️ and have picnics 😊

Great area for boats, swimming, kids playground, walking, sight seeing, etc. The playground was small but the kids enjoyed it. The beach area is also very small due to the private property that is right next to it. People just seem to spread out onto the private property though 😬 Anyway, the views are great from the little stonewall walkout. It's a great place to go for a walk or perhaps fish from the stonewall walkway. I'd say its definitely worth a visit or two!

Nice and clean beach beside the leake was very clean and fhe water was clear. You need to come early due to difficult to get park lot for your vehicle and you will need to use their grill because there is no trash can for charcoal, if you decide to use your grill. I like it and the people their was very friendly.

The beach here was as good as any beach I've been to on one of the Great Lakes, except for the rocks. Those are naturally there as on any beach. Not that big a deal. …

Dawn, this info is vital to fisherman. Different fish species will move in and out of the harbor based on the water temperature. I do not know how accurate this is but I did find this site that tells you the water temp in the harbor. https://seatemperature.info/lexington-water-temperature.html

You must have a recreation passport on the vehicle you are launching with. You can buy one at any State Park or through the Secretary of State when you renew your tabs.
Let me ask the Harbormaster and get back to you.
No not on the beach, and they allowed in the campground , and there is no beach because of high water levels
Not sure about that. We live about 20 minutes south from the Harbor and we haven't been up there in a while. The lake is definetely defrosting...still ice flows coming into the st clair river...so, in that protected harbor...it could still be in there. Sorry I Can't say for sure. You could call the police station there...they would tell you.
Oh absolutely there is. Just south of there in Lakeport there is a state campground there. Really nice facility on lake Huron with a beach, bath houses and a convenience store .Highly recommend it. Probably only a couple miles south down M29.
