A lot of dumb rules. They try to control everything you do. The park shuts down in the winter and they shut the water off so you can't come to YOUR own place but yet they still collect your lot rent. If you're going to force people to not use THEIR place than you should cut the winter rate. You have no employees to pay and your bills are cut too. RIP OFF!!! The people of this park need to stand up and wake up, this is wrong!!!

Very clean & nice. We went last minute & they were the only vacancy. This is a more full time small park model resort. They have a nice pool & u can go across the street 2 the lake. No fires allowed- make sure u have everything u need- NO store- pop or water or ice!!
