Nobody likes going to the post office. Long lines, too many customers in line. That's a given. However, I spoke to Marvin who helped me figure out where my package was and got me the right information to locate it. He was so polite and patient with me even though I came there in a bad mood and thought all hope was lost. The other lady I saw helping another customer seemed super polite and helpful as well. Overall, the employees made a great experience out of a traditionally bad place.

Wow very rude employees. I get this is a busy location but this is by far the meanest, rudest experience I have had with a postal employee.

Main post office is the great place to put your mail you know don't get messed with when it goes in there I've been coming here for years just for that reason

Really really bad. They’re really unprofessional. Had a return package ready to go but wouldn’t accept the manager without the label having take over it. Utterly useless!

I am not a carrier. We just received our mail. That is a rough job I couldn't do it. Sometimes your carrier may have to cover other peoples routes and then do there route also. 43219. That is hard on your body and soul. I feel sorry for them for real.
