You made my daughter feel very bad because even though she trusted you with her bridesmaid dress, you did a bad job of measuring her and I don't know what kind of training you take because the employee who was there on Thursday June 23, 2022 ( She speaks Spanish) she commented that she was going to help her get another dress and I agreed to talk to her on Friday and I never spoke to her other than that she commented that they themselves were wrong with their measurements and if a person gains weight at least one gains The closure didn't work very well and not even that happened because you didn't do your job well my daughter won't stop crying because her dress didn't fit her and apart from that they wanted me to buy ANOTHER dress if she had already spent 300 for a dress that didn't fit her and how her employee told her to take it with her because SHE was going to help her grab another one. Don't act like it's our fault, take your responsibility. But many thanks to Brendas Fashion at Tracy ca will find us a dress to suit you. Thank you for making my daughter feel very bad, we will not shop with you again and we will NOT think of making another expense with you.

Went in to pick up a bridesmaid dress and mind you they took alteration and yet got the wrong dress. The dress did not fit and asked about alterations and they said it was better for me to buy a brand new dress because alterations were more expensive also said they did not have material nor the color for the dress to be fixed. They really think I’m make the same mistake twice and buy a dress w them again . Yet tells my mom I gained “weight” that’s why it didn’t fit and then tells the bride that the person who order my dress put in or took my alteration wrong and that’s why they brought in a wrong dress. Plus they have an extra $10 fee for length. I would not recommend this place to any of my family nor friends. They have lost plenty of clients because of they mistake and don’t own up to they mistakes

Chandler was amazing! Exceptional service! This was hands down the best experience and I have gone to four bridals shops nothing tops this one! What I also loved was how they had flower bouquet to get a better idea of how it your dress would look like with floral on your wedding day! The other staff members there the day I went in was amazing too. Bridal shop is so gorgeous! I will be returning to purchase my bridal gown!
