With more than 20 years in business as a giver of resources and solutions, I am thrilled beyond belief when I encounter an organization and or an individual who is informed, patient, and knowledgeable. For more years than I can count, I have referred those in need of guidance to the US Small Business Administration website and or offices, never thinking I would need their assistance. Today February 20, 2020, I had an immediate need, and I was fortunate to connect via mobile with Nicole P from the Cincinnati office. Thank you, Nicole, you surpassed my expectations.

Just had an amazing session with a small business specialist, the counseling I needed was amazing. There is so much information out there if you take the time to ask. TY unidentified government employees who are awesome at what they do. As an LGBTQIA person of color independent proprietor I highly recommend giving this office a call to point you in the right direction. Many blessings and thanks.
