These people do not keep there word.. There outside contractors will over charge you and not refund any part of the money they owe you. Shawn at owl homes will continue to lie for the contractor's instead of stepping up an helping the customer. He pretends to call himself a manager when in all reality he is a lier and a cheat. Buyer beware stay away!!!! When we first started dealing with owl homes we were dealing with Jason he was an honest man I am truly sorry for his passing he did things rite. Shawn the person that took his place is dis gracing Jason's hard work!!

Our manufactured homes start in the mid-high 30's and can go well over 100K. Our modular homes start in the 70's and can go well over 300K.
Depends... Modulars or singles. And doubles included? They have many.. And most doubles can be speced in modular.
