I love the store and it was very well kept but the hamsters did not have enough care and the one bird seemed very unhappy but it's a very nice store if the hamsters were better kept.

You can use Dawn dish soap. However it really dries the skin. RJ Pet has safe flea shampoo for kittens and cats of all ages.
