3 small tacos with carnitas (pork) for $23. Rice & beans cost extra: not $2-3 but $9. Yes, $9 for rice & beans. I didn't order them and decided to diet. Service was pleasant but I won't ever go back. I just came from a month in London, which is an expensive city, and I ate at a couple Mexican restaurants there. 1/2 the price. What is going on with NYC?
