LOVE THEM! They make superior cakes and pastries. I love an excellent eclair and they are the only one I know who makes the best eclair!. I am fickle about pastries. Especially anything chocolate. I usually have to go to San Francisco for good pastries. So this is my go-to when I am in Monterey County.

The best pastry spot in Salinas for years in my opinion. Never disappointed. The apple strudel is my favorite.

They close every year the month of August and half of September. They go for 6 weeks on vacation and close the bakery. You won't get any yummy good from them until late September.
They leave early when sold out.
They do but you have to get there early. They sell out fast!
