Avoid. Recent experiences with Sears & past experiences with Sears have left be baffled. Years ago I came in here trying to get an old dryer replaced with a new one & the sales rep said basically, "Don't buy from here our store is about to close down for good. Maybe go to the one in Valley Stream." I'm glad I didn't! I ended up going to PC Richard for it. More recent experience with their online site was tedious to say the least & I was pummeled with ads on my phone. They advertised a CD as a vinyl record & I paid way too much for that cd. As far as I know this vinyl I thought I was buying is extremely rare there is as far as I'm lead to believe nine of them in existence. So I was really excited. Remains to be seen whether I receive a full refund for the mistake on the part of Sears for the vinyl. Not only that, it wasn't in Sears inventory it was a purchase THEY made through AMAZON it appears. That's so deceptive. I asked the customer service rep before purchasing TWICE if this was a vinyl record & he said yes, twice. This was so misleading & the fact that google in the search said this WAS a vinyl too made it even more sketchy. Who even buys cds anymore?! Vinyl is where its at. Unfortunately Sears should not be trying to fool customers that it actually sells anything worth buying anymore. Sorry. It makes me wonder what that dryer would have actually been? If not a dryer would they send me a blow dryer instead for my hair? Two stars because of the past experience & the current one with the record. I'll give them this much even though the website is confusing as far as getting a customer service rep on the phone for refunds on items. (You basically can't through the answering service) They do provide a quick live chat for communicating & a customer service representative did offer me a number to call through an email after complaining through the live chat. (Haven't called yet but will) But still this was wrong for them to make an AMAZON purchase. Don't sell anything you don't actually have!

I had to call a plumber because what I pay Sears every year to fix a problem this was not covered. Didn't know until the person that came to fix problem told me this was not covered.
