I went here before for a cartilage piercing and the consultant was not super helpful, she seemed indecisive (or maybe just too nonchalant) However, I went back for my third lobe piercing and Immanuel (Emanuel, sorry not sure how to spell) WAS TRULY AMAZING. I thought he was so helpful and kind, he talked me through placement and gave me great advice. I felt like I was talking to my best friend. He was so patient and kind and super different from my first experience here. I really hope he sees this and knows how grateful I am for him! He has an incredible eye for detail, he noticed the kind of earrings I was wearing (pearl) and asked if I was interested in a pearl. Just super awesome experience with him overall.

I went to get my second piercing done and it was done quickly and painless! Amazing result! Definitely will come back for another piercing!

rude and low staffed. I went there for a piercing and I had to wait extra long as they wanted to cash out the customers buying jewelry before me. My piercing wasn't even done properly.

We had a great experience piercing my 4 year old niece's ears! Friendly and quick service and great selection of beautiful earrings. I would definitely recommend this spot!
