Beautiful mid-century building from 1958, originally the Caribe Building, designed by architects Curtis & Davis. Patterned facade reminiscent of Edward Durell Stone and Minoru Yamasaki. The black and white photograph below is from the 1959 AIA Guide to New Orleans architecture.

I don't know but. I know where a two-bedroom house is at if you both get social security can probably afford the rent .
