I had a wonderful experience. I not only got sole custody of my son but they helped with child support. Michele was my lawyer in 00 and she couldn’t have been more helpful! ❤️

A lawyer could really help you( puplic defender) get her into court much faster however, if there's someone you know that has a lil pull behind them would help as well . The big thing is getting close enough to have a one on one talk is kinda hard but, l've seen it done before. Google luck!! & God Bless
Just keep calling n trying someone will help u

Hi Ryder, Thanks for reaching out to us. SLLS can provide free legal help with certain legal issues, including many family law issues. SLLS is a nonprofit agency with limited resources and unfortunately cannot assist everyone who needs help. Some people will not meet financial guidelines or their legal problem is one that SLLS cannot help with. You can apply for SLLS services online at https://lastate.kempscaseworks.com/server/shared/a2jviewer.htm (requires Adobe Flash Player and must be accessed on a desktop computer) or by contacting your closest SLLS office. You can find locations and phone numbers for our offices at https://slls.org/contact-us/. Warm wishes, Southeast Louisiana Legal Services (SLLS)
Per legal services regulations, SLLS does not handle criminal matters. Perhaps you can contact the local bar association, such as the Baton Rouge Bar Association, to obtain referrals to private attorneys who do handle criminal matters.
