Simply put, amazing!!! Had an issue with my wheel and tire, was quickly diagnosed, fixed on the spot and treated with the utmost care… just when you thought you couldn’t ask for more…. i was spoken to like a real person and respected as a customer. No cool guy bike Lingo. Skip the hassle and quit giving money to places and people that make you feel like you don’t belong. support your local bike shop!!
