So, let me start by saying I am not from New York City. I called NYRP on a long-shot looking for an austere, out of production Kohler sleeve, and these guys had it. Not only was Brian (the representative I spoke to) a consummate professional, he got my parts (I ordered a second sleeve just in case) OVERNIGHT. I will be doing business with this company again. Excellent service

They sold me a very expensive defective part for a Briggs toilet. For weeks I tried to get them to replace it and finally had me send them a video. They then told me they didn’t manufacture the product I have to go through Briggs the manufacture. I called and emailed Briggs for over a week with no response. Finally got in touch with Briggs today and they said the person I need to speak to won’t be in until Monday. I called New York replacement parts back and somehow the owner answered. I explained to him what was going on and he was very understanding. He said he saw the video and it was definitely defective. He then called Briggs himself and they gave him the same answer. He called me back and said it was not typical for Briggs to not get back to the customer within a day. He was very understanding and said he would have someone contact me to send the parts back to them. Barb contacted me later that day and said they aren’t doing anything about it I need to go through Briggs. I explained to her that’s not the conversation I had with John the owner earlier. She was extremely rude to me, so I asked her if she would call the owner herself. She had a man named Rick call me back within minutes- yelling at me, telling me if I don’t like their policy it’s too bad. He told me John didn’t tell me any of this. I asked him if I could speak to John and he said absolutely not! I hope John the owner sees this since his employees will not consult him about our conversation and will not let him know I asked to speak to him. Meanwhile, I’ve had an 87 year old customer with a non working toilet for over a month!

Had a great experience with an online order at NYRP. I was able to find and order several Franke faucet cartridges that I was having trouble finding elsewhere. The prices were very reasonable, and when I had to return one, it was easy, quick, and hassle-free. Will def shop here again.
